I have packed Tawa Pulao, Cauliflower 65 with Yogurt and Egg.

Quick recipe for cauliflower 65:
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower head
1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ cup all purpose flour/maida
¼ cup corn flour or 1/3 cup corn starch
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil, for frying
Instructions:
✨To blanch the cauliflower florets, in a large pan bring around 5 cups of water with a tsp of salt and turmeric powder to boil and then add the florets, cook for 3 minutes on high flame. Transfer to a colander and drain off the water completely.
✨Then add the flours and remaining all ingredients and mix well with little water.
✨Allow to marinate for 10 minutes and mix well if needed add a sprinkle of water.
✨Heat oil for deep frying, add the marinated cauliflower and fry it until crispy and golden.
