TAKENAKA BENTO BOX Wholesale Policy

- Resellers need to submit its resell certification to set up an account.
- Resellers are permitted to sell TAKENAKA BENTO BOX products directly to private end-customers only.
- Resellers will use only their own sales channels consisting of “brick and mortar” retail store(s) and our their own private website only.
- Resellers are not permitted to sell TAKENAKA BENTO BOX products on third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Resellers are not permitted to trans-ship products to other businesses.

TAKENAKA BENTO BOX Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

- TAKENAKA BENTO BOX, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any reseller that advertises any products covered by this MAP Policy at a price lower than the MAP.

- The MAP cannot be advertised in any medium, including print, internet, radio, television, digital advertising, emails, flyers, billboards, etc.The products and their MAP covered by this policy will be shared when open a wholesale account.

- TAKENAKA BENTO BOX recognizes that this MAP policy applies to advertised prices only, not the price at which MAP products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual online or in-store.- TAKENAKA BENTO BOX believes in maintaining a well regulated and fair marketplace for all resellers.This policy has been unilaterally enforced and does NOT constitute an agreement.
