Thanks for helping support a cause very close to our hearts

As a brand that values the expression of individuality with a diverse team, we have been focusing on how hard it is and has been for the African-American community. We at the Takenaka family have been seeking ways to make people’s life happier through healthy meals and fun stylish Bento Boxes. However, we want to do a lot more and help in whatever we can. We are going to take this time to listen, research, support, and find ways to do and be better in the future. We might be small but every voice counts and we know that any positive actions can lead to a better tomorrow.

We will be donating all of our profits from TAKENAKA BENTO BOX online store sales this June to Black Women's Blueprint / @blackwomensblueprint. It's a small step, but we want to continue doing what we can to achieve peace and happiness by embracing equality and diversity in this country.

We also gathered some ideas and ways to support this fight against injustice and racism that we would like to share with you.

You don’t have to donate money to make a difference. You can find here different petitions that you can contribute your voice to.
